Two young girls fall madly in love with each other only to have their world turned upside down by a bunch of blood thirsty Vampires and a horde of fleshing eating Zombies.
The creators put a lot of time and effort into the animation. I get that. The basic story line was fairly well written, which is why I give a two. I did like the blood bank idea. However, this movie was more lesbian lovers than heartfelt horror. Much of the movie dealt with the emotional gravity between two college women who are romantically involved, with one experiencing love for the first time. There isn't really a hint of horror until more than half way through the movie, and zombies don't appear until darned near close to the end. From the middle until the zombies, the movie monsters are vampires and there aren't many of them. Because of the animated sexual situations, I would not recommend this movie to anyone under 16. Because it is just not a well done horror film, I actually wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone unless they just wanted to see two animated gay women fall in love and play around a bit.
